Breakfast Idea // Vegan Porridge

INGREDIENCE:

  • Jumbo oats – 2 cups
  • Vegan milk (I used almond) – 2,5 cups
  • Cinnamon – half of tea spoon or as much as you like
  • Maple syrup – 2 tea spoons
  • Frozen berries – handful

METHOD:Β 

  • Place oats and milk and cinnamon into saucepan, cook on medium heat for aproximate 10-15 minutes
  • Meanwhile in a separate saucepan place frozen berries and maple syrup and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Once everything is cooked, place porridge in a bowl andΒ pour that berry ‘jam’ all over.
